The wine tasting evening for the Norwich and Norfolk trainee solicitors group was a great success. The event was exceptionally well planned and Ed and Dean talked to us in detail in advance about what format the evening should take, what we wanted it to achieve and how this could best be done. A good range of different wines was available for tasting. Ed's comments were informative and helpful but did not detract from the relaxed and informal atmosphere.
