Returns Policy

  • If your wine is found to be damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement wine or credit note.
  • If wines are delivered damaged Please notify us within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Likewise, in the unlikely event of the delivery of incorrect goods also, please notify us within 3 working days.

In all instances we will take immediate action. Complete client satisfaction is important to us so please contact us with feedback at any point.
