Our office is typically open from 8am until 6pm.  We are always willing to take any nature of enquiry from purchases through to assisting with any type of wine enquiry.  We recommend that if you have any pre-purchase enquiry you don't hesitate to call or e-mail us.

Our policy is to answer all e-mails within 24 hours, although usually within the hour and to repsond to all phone messages within a similar time frame.
