Minimum Order & Prices

There is NO minimum order. We are happy to discuss orders of less than 12 bottles. Please contact us for details.

Delivery prices vary according to service & distance.

Substitutions

Wines will never be substituted with prior consent.

Refund Policy

If your wine is found to be damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit note. Please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Likewise, in the unlikely event of the delivery of incorrect goods please notify us within 3 working days and we will take immediate action. Complete client satisfaction is important to us so please contact us with feedback at any point.

Force Majeure

The company will not be liable for failure to meet agreed obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

Law

All contracts are subject to ENGLISH law and jurisdiction

Claims

Customers are required to carefully check all goods on or near time of delivery.

We should be immediately informed of any claims for shortages or breakages. Claims must be made to the office within 3 working days of delivery.

We have authorized our courier firm to deliver only when a signature is obtainable or when a guaranteed safe and secure alternative point for delivery is requested. If a ‘safe place’ or alternative address is issued then the consignment will be left at the customers risk and The Company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of carrying out those instructions as stated.

The company endeavor to satisfy all of their customer’s requirements and select products and employ agents to achieve these goals whenever possible. Sao far as the law permits the company shall not be liable for consequential loss or damage in any respect.
