HarperWells have a reputation for supplying extraordinary wines from all over the world. We deal in rare parcels from tiny boutique producers through to the great first growths and everything in-between; great wines for occasions, collections or investment.

But our clients have asked for more!   Time and time again we have been asked to discover more great wines for ‘everyday drinking’, great, affordable wines to crack open on a Friday evening, great wines from well-known producers, to enjoy with friends and alongside simple dishes – The HarperWells Taste Case was born!

How Does It Work?

Our buying team will put together different cases of wine for you to enjoy, there will be a new one available every month. These wines will be selected from the very best wines they have found from all over the world. We only work with genuine family owned estates of repute so every bottle will represent its region of origin and the personalities behind them.

You can easily collect them from us or have them delivered direct to your door along with some tasting notes to help you enjoy them at your leisure.

What Kind of Wines Will They Be?

You can expect stunning wines in these cases sourced from all over the world, with the emphasis always on quality at the £7 to £10 pound price range. We have unearthed some truly wonderful wines in this price range, using exactly the same criteria we employ for choosing our prestige selections, namely;

• Every single wine will have passed our rigorous taste panel.
• Excellent examples of the grape variety, region and winemaking philosophy.
• Special selections and rare parcels not readily available elsewhere.
• Great value for money.

How Often Can I Have a Taste Case ?
You can receive a Taste Case every Month, every Two Months or every Three Months

Red Or White Wine?
You can choose to receive your Taste Case as a mixed case (6 bottles of red wine and 6 bottles of white wine) or if you prefer you can receive only red wine or all white wine.

If you choose the mixed case, there will be two different white wines (3 bottles each) and two different red wines (3 bottles each). If you choose the red or the white only case, there will also be 4 different wines (3 bottles of each). Of course if you want a last minute switch we can always respond.

So what does it Cost?
The cost is simple; the HarperWells Taste Case will always cost £96.00 per case (that is an average of just £8.00 per bottle) to subscribers – also available to non-subscribers at £108. The Taste Case can be delivered to your home (anywhere on mainland UK) for a P&P cost of £6.00.

How Do I Pay?
However often subscribers choose to receive a Taste Case, payment is by monthly standing order.

What About If I Really Love Some of the Wines?
The Taste Case will introduce you to some unique and wonderful wines that you are unlikely to have ever tasted before. If you have particular favourites, you will be able to buy more of them, and as a subscriber to The Taste Case you will be able to buy them at a preferential price, typically 10% less than the normal price. But remember – some of these wines will only be available in tiny quantities.

What if the wine is corked or faulty?
As with all our wines we will replace or refund in full.

What if I want to cancel?
We will require notice of one month in advance of your forthcoming case.
