HarperWells Bollinger Lunch at Roussillon in Pimlico - 07.06.08

Christian Dennis the International Ambassador for Champagne Bollinger hosted a lunch and tasting with HarperWells at Pimlico's 'Hidden Gem' Roussillon. Christian took us through the history and the champagnes of the great house of Bollinger including Special Cuvee (from magnum), Grand Annee 1999, the new vintage release of the rare ‘RD’ as well as giving you one of the first opportunities to sample the brand new release from Bollinger, including their first ever cuvee of Non-VintageRose.  We also enjoyed fine Burgundy from Bollinger's sibling in Burgundy - Domaine Chanson.

These spectacular wines we served alongside a unique 4 course menu, especially created by Michelin Star head-chef Alexis Gauthier specifically for the varied Champagnes of Maison Bollinger.
