Wine Maker: Daniel Brunier
Grape Variety: Grenache (80%) plus Syrah and Carignan
This is a wonderfully full flavoured, fresh, gently tannic and expressive wine. Vinified at ‘La Roquete’, Daniel Brunier’s Chateauneuf-du-Pape winery, it is an outstanding example of the best ‘everyday drinking’ wine from the Southern Rhone.
Food Matches: Perfect for rustic, herby French cassoulet.
