Everything you would expect from Bollinger, the attention to detail and the quality. The initial fermentation is carried out in small oak barrels and the second in the bottle. The wine is aged for at least 5 years, everything is done by hand – it is everything a world class Champagne should be! This one comes in a beautiful presentation box.
