Langlois-Chateau are very proud of their sparkling wines, all made by the traditional (Champagne) method. They never purchase grape juice from others and they exercise full control over all any growers supplying them with grapes. Great attention to detail goes into the vinification process, although they use grapes from 6 distinct ‘terroirs’, every vineyard parcel is vinified separately.
Each bottle of this fine sparkling wine receives at least two years maturation in their cellars before release.
A very elegant sparkling rosé, enjoy as an aperitif or with red berry desserts.
