The grapes are sourced exclusively from within the Santa Ana estate vineyards in Cuyo, overshadowed by the Andean mountain range in Mendoza. The grapes are crushed into steel tanks and fermented at cool, controlled temperatures and bottled without oak ageing. Bright, pale gold in colour with flashes of green at the rim. The nose is powerfully aromatic with an array of wildflower and tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fruity and crisp, well balanced with a clean finish this wine drinks great as a glass by itself but will also pair well with shellfish, pasta with a white wine based sauce or spicy Eastern influenced dishes.
