Tasting Note :
Bright purple-red with translucent edge. Chocolate, cranberry and mulberry nose with cinnamon spice. Good concentration of flavour: juicy red berries, currants, mulberry and oak spice. Ripe grapes, smooth mouth feel without overt tannins. Juicy and sweet, finishing dry. This wine can be drunk now or laid down for further maturation.

Vinification Note :
Fermentation involves 3 – 4 Weeks in stainless steel tank, pumped over 3 – 4 times per day with
1 – 2 Weeks maceration on skins. Barrel ageing is 14 Months: 2nd – 4th fill French & American Oak (225lt)
