The name may sound surprising - in fact that is what the very expresion "Hooley Dooley" means - but this is serious and brilliantly expressive wine. Made from 100% cool McLaren Vale estate fruit this is a classic Cabernet based Bordeaux blend, including the spicy Petit Verdot and a twist of Shiraz.
There are saturated blackcurrant fruit flavours and supple vanilla and coconut flavours. Full bodied but above all balanced.
