Wild Earth Pinot 2007 Rated 92/100 by Wine Advocate's Neal Martin - 27.10.09
We've been tracking the Wild Earth wines for 2 years now, including hosting a fabulous wine dinner with owner Quintin Quidder in Spring 2009.
The Wine Advocates' British Star Reviewer Neal Martin scored the current vintage a very creditable 92/100.
"The 2007 Pinot Noir has a refined nose with a more red fruit profile: redcurrant, maraschino and raspberry. Good definition although it is a little closed compared to others. The palate has very fine tannins, fleshy and very well balanced with wild strawberry, raspberry and a touch of sous-bois. Very refined and elegant on the finish. Feminine and wily. Another great wine from the award-winning Wild Earth."
