Fully Biodynamically produced the 2005 cuvee is a blend of hand-picked old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache. After a long fermentation the wine is aged in oak barriques and larger barrels for 2 years. This is a famously conentrated wine that will age for 15 to 20 years. In its youth it should be decanted before serving.
