Latium was created by seven brothers and cousins of the Morini family who, like so many in Italy, worked with the local Cantina Sociale. This Soave is super fresh and very classic.
The 2005 Mendocino Syrah’s first layer is full of blackberries and fl oral notes. The second layer contains red plum, spicy meats, and tobacco. The mouthfeel is supple with flavors of black cherry, violet and a lingering hickory flavored finish.
The 2001 release from Meerea Park was the first of this blend from the Hunter Valley. Viognier is proving to be well suited to the Upper Hunter climate producing fruit with true varietal characteristics. Shiraz Viognier is the blend produced in France's Cote Rotie Appellation in the Northern Rhone Valley.

The 2007 is our 9th vintage of Viognier, the first release being from the 1999 vintage. It was previously named ‘Lindsay Hill’ until the 2003 vintage. Viognier is native to the Condrieu appellation in the Northern Rhone Valley, which shares the similar low fertility soils, and dry vintage conditions of the Upper Hunter.
CVNE Vina Real Rioja Crianza is very Burgundian in style, displaying the classic Spanish and Rioja characteristics of toasty, vanilla complexity.
This is a glittering deep red wine, with purple tinges. It offers fruity aromas, resembling cherries and raspberries, and a subtle vanilla scent coming from barrel aging. A spicy, intense and sweeping wine, easy to drink, but yet with a long persistent mouth. Tannins are mild and round.
Completely unaoaked, Chablis Domaine de la Genillotte has a classically crisp and mineral style with underlying steel and flinty, citric notes. The clean mineral scents and refreshing flinty notes represent the absolute essence of true Chablis.
A signature Margaret River blend displaying the bold varietal best of the Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc. Semillons vibrant aromas of ruby and orange citrus arm with Sauvignon Blanc’s exotic tropical and stone fruits are finished by a dash of sweet herbs and vanilla pod spice.
This carefully made wine from the Casablanca Valley has a bright and lovely golden colour. On the nose it shows a full range of complex aromas from tropical fruits, creamy notes and toasted wood scents. Great balance and a fine finish.
