The Grande Annee blend comes only from a particularly fine harvest. When such a harvest occurs the House selects its best wines, cru by cru and grape variety by grape variety - the key to the particular year.

The Grande Reserve is the ‘standard-bearer’ for Lallier. The Grande Reserve is only disgorged from the lees 3 months before release giving it a distinctive ‘RD’ character. Not surprisingly it is incredibly soft with a creamy mousse of fine bubbles.
This is a charming and sophisticated Champagne with great pedigree. Perfect with mixed salad with duck breast and red fruits, roast game, apple pie and brioche. Winner of the 2008 Gold at the UK Sommelier Awards.

Aged for a whopping 72 months in the deep chalky Lallier cellars Vintage 2000 has a beautiful aroma of aged champagne characteristics. The lower than typical dosage balances its freshness and maturity. This is a creamy champagne with a very delicious taste.
