Latium was created by seven brothers and cousins of the Morini family who, like so many in Italy, worked with the local Cantina Sociale. This Soave is super fresh and very classic.
Some of the grapes used to make this are air-dried in baskets (as if for Amarone) for around 20 days which adds superb layers of aroma, flavour and structure. Long, rich and powerful with ripe tannin and an intense finish.

Intense ruby red in colour, with the characteristic Amarone perfumes of dried cherries, spicy and powerful which gives way to a wonderful fusion of concentrated fruit and fine, toasty oak that enhances a traditional style of wine. Allegrini’s modern approach ensures that the volatility which often characterises lesser Amarone is never found in his.
