2024 is full of new developments here at HarperWells, and we’re very excited to announce the beginning of our loyalty scheme!
We’re keeping it simple:
Let us know your name or email address at the till and with every purchase you’ll earn points. As your points total increases, you’ll unlock access to new tiers of benefits, and be able to redeem points for great rewards!
Rewards can include free tickets to events, free bottles, free subscription cases and much more.

1. Introduction
1.1 The HarperWells Loyalty Scheme (hereafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is operated by HarperWells Limited (referred to as “HarperWells”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 5726164 with its registered office at 60-64 Ber Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 3EW.
1.2 These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Scheme. By enrolling in the Scheme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Membership to the Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
3. Enrolment
3.1 To enrol in the Scheme, individuals must provide accurate and complete information as requested by HarperWells, including but not limited to their name, email address, and contact details.
3.2 By enrolling in the Scheme, individuals consent to receiving promotional materials, newsletters, and updates from HarperWells via email or other communication channels.
4. Accumulating Points
4.1 Members of the Scheme will accumulate points based on their purchases of eligible products from HarperWells.
4.2 Points will be awarded at the rate determined by HarperWells (£1 = 6 points) and may vary based on promotional offers or other factors.
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Points accumulated through the Scheme can be redeemed for discounts, rewards, or other benefits as specified by HarperWells.
5.2 HarperWells reserves the right to change the redemption options available and the number of points required for redemption at any time without prior notice.
6. Expiry of Points
6.1 Points accumulated through the Scheme may expire if not used within a specified period, as determined by HarperWells.
7. Termination or Suspension of Membership
7.1 HarperWells reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership in the Scheme at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse or violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Modification of Terms and Conditions
8.1 HarperWells reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the HarperWells website or other communication channels.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 HarperWells shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Scheme, including but not limited to any errors or inaccuracies in the calculation or allocation of points.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
