We return to Holton Lodge for a pop-up wine bar and tasting.

Join us on Friday night 24th May for a tasting hosted by David Morgans of Champagne Laurent-Perrier and then on Saturday night for drinks and pintxos by Fredricks Fine Foods

Booking is essential for the Champagne Tasting and is limited to just 30 spaces.

You’ll enjoy six Champagnes from Laurent-Perrier accompanied by some small bites from the Fredricks Deli

Saturday, the barn and gardens are open for a drink and an informal tasting with Pintxos from Fredricks in Diss

Located in the south of France, to the north of Montpellier, Terrasses du Larzac is a relatively new appellation, whose name is reflects the terraces descending 800 metres down from the famous Causse du Larzac plateau.

Due to the position of this 800m high limestone plateau it escapes the hot summer sun and drives cool air through vineyards planted on its slopes.

The appellation is proving its star quality, producing full-bodied, age-worthy reds with freshness and character.
